- Registration Assistance counters for all General Attendee credentials, or
- Professional Registration counters for Artist Alley, Exhibitor, Press, or Industry credentials.
For credentials damaged during shipping, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Note: Replacement fees will apply for any credential that has already been used at the show.
