If you have already registered for your adult badge(s), but would like to purchase an additional child badge, please send your inquiry to registration@anime-expo.org with your order number so we can verify.
Minor attendees with ANY child credentials (4-Day Child Badge or Child Wristband) are required to have an adult parent/guardian with a valid Anime Expo 2024 General Attendee badge for the duration of the event. If the parent/guardian only has a 1-Day badge, the minor attendee can only attend with the parent/guardian for that day.
If you need assistance with transferring the child badges, please also send your inquiry to registration@anime-expo.org with your order number, the recipient's first name, last name, and email address. The recipient MUST have a valid Anime Expo 2024 General Attendee badge before we can further assist with your request.
Submit your request as early as possible! Additional child badge requests may not be accommodated due to insufficient inventory, or will not be accommodated when the general registration is closed.
Attendees with professional credentials are not eligible to escort, or have in attendance with them, any minor attendees with a Child credential (badge or wristband) while fulfilling their professional obligations for AX, and are not eligible to request a Child credential to be registered to their account.
Failure to have an adult parent/guardian with a valid Anime Expo 2024 General Attendee badge for the duration of the event will result in a denial upon entry. No refund will be made under any circumstances.
