- Contact Leap (formerly ShowClix) Customer Care and please provide them your Leap (formerly ShowClix) Confirmation Order #, full name, email address and tracking number or
- If you have not received your badge by the start of AX, please visit our Registration Assistance counters located at the Registration Booth on Figuearoa St. for assistance on-site
