- contact ShowClix Customer Care support@showclix.com and please provide them your ShowClix Confirmation Order #, full name, email address and tracking number, or
- If you have not received your badge by the start of AX, please visit our Registration Assistance counters located at the Registration Booth on Chick Hearn Court for assistance on-site.
