If you think you received the wrong credential(s) please contact registration@anime-expo.org to report the issue and provide the following to request a replacement:  

  1. Your Order Confirmation number and 
  2. The orange alphanumeric code is located on the back of the credential(s) that were received.  

 

Make sure you bring the credential(s) you received in the mail to the Registration Booth so we can verify the error and issue replacements. Replacement credentials will not be mailed out and must be picked up onsite at the Registration Booth.
